Coffee breaks and light lunches during the conference  are included in the fee.

Dinner (on Friday): 45€

To be paid at registration.
On-site payment for the dinner will NOT be possible.

Important note: 

Please register by July 15th. The payment procedure has to be completed by August 15, otherwise we are unable to include the presentation or poster in the conference program.
On-site registration will NOT be available.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be requested through this website. If cancellation is received before July 15th, a refund will be made of the amount that was paid minus 10% to cover administrative expenses. After July 15th, no refunds will be made.
